Some °Ä¿Í×ãÇò offices will amend their hours during the coming holiday season. The following hours will be observed.

°Ä¿Í×ãÇò

University offices will be closed Nov. 23-27 for Thanksgiving break.

University offices will be closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1, 2021, for Christmas break.

Greenlease Library

Greenlease Library will be closed Nov. 21 through Nov. 29 for the Thanksgiving break.

From Nov. 30 through Dec. 3, the library will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Dec. 4, the library will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff will be providing remote services from noon to 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 5.

The library will then be open from noon to 8 p.m. on Dec. 6, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 7 through Dec. 10, and from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 11.

College of Health and Human Services

Both the CHHS Dean’s Office and CHHS Office of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment will be open remotely during regular operating hours during the break. Signage on the door to the office will indicate points of contact for particular questions or issues, and the office’s main phone number (816-501-4767) will be answered during regular business hours.

College of Arts and Sciences

The offices of the College of Arts and Sciences will have staff available virtually from 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday from Nov. 30 through Dec. 23. The office has a Ring doorbell on the front door, which will be answered, and the main phone number is 816-501-4075, which will also be answered during regular business hours.

RockStop

All RockStop offices inside Massman Hall (financial aid, student accounts and registrar) will be open 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday from Nov. 30 through Dec. 23. The offices will be closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1 and open again on Jan. 4.

Conway Hall (Human Resources and Finance Offices)

The finance, human resources and Title IX offices, located in Conway 102, will be open between Nov. 30 and Dec. 24. Office hours will be limited but all departments will be fully staffed during normal office hours and working remotely.

Rockhurst Dining

Retail Locations (TU Taco, The Market, Roasterie Café and Einstein’s)

All retail locations will be closed Nov. 21 through Jan. 26.

Thomas More Dining Room

The following is the schedule for the Thomas More Dining Room throughout the Thanksgiving and winter break:

• Nov. 20: closing at 6 p.m.
• Nov. 21 and 22: closed
•  Nov. 23-25: open 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Nov. 26-29: closed
• Nov. 30: 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Dec. 1-23: open 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on weekdays, closed on weekends
• Dec. 24-Jan. 3: closed
• Jan. 4-23: open 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on weekdays, closed on weekends
• Jan. 18: closed
• Jan. 24: regular hours resume

MAC (Magis Activity Center)

The MAC will observe the following schedule for the Holiday season and intersession: 

• Nov. 20: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 
• Nov. 21-29: Closed 
• Nov. 30-Dec. 11: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday         
• Dec. 12-Jan. 3: Closed 
• Jan. 4-15: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday  
• Jan. 18: Closed for Martin Luther King Day 
• Jan. 19-24: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 
• Jan. 25: Resume spring academic year hours 

Grandma’s Pantry (On-Campus Food Pantry)

Grandma’s Pantry will maintain its normal hours of operation, 7:30 a.m. through 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, during remote operations in November, December and January, including Thanksgiving week and Christmas through New Year’s Day:

Students at the Westport campus should go to the Troost campus pantry (accessible inside Massman Hall via swipe-in) for the days the Westport building is not accessible.

The °Ä¿Í×ãÇò Bookstore will be open the following hours (expect for those days during which the University is closed during the holiday break):

Monday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Tuesday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Wednesday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Thursday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
