In fall 2024, the university was recognized regionally and nationally by U.S. News and World Report, Niche and other publications rankings as an elite university for its graduate and undergraduate programs. The honors include Top 10 Best Regional Universities in the Midwest as well as recognition for Rockhursts nursing, business and general education programs. These rankings come as the university has set enrollment records for graduate and transfer students in the fall semester.
